Fitness for Duty Evaluations 

     Employers sometimes have questions regarding an employee's ability to fulfill the requirements of a given position.  A Fitness for Duty Evaluation can be of help in documenting an employee's strengths and weaknesses.  Often, an issue can be resolved by means of accommodations that are relatively easy to implement.  When this is not the case, psychological documentation will often reduce the risk of litigation.
